Damir Hoyka is an award winning photographer whose work focuses on advertising (people/portraits) and fine art photography.
Hoyka has been a freelance professional photographer since 1985. He was a guest student at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. To date he has published thousands of photographs and three photo books, has exhibited at a great many solo and collective shows, put on a number of multimedia projects, and has been a member and president of numerous photo juries.
He has published the award winning SF novel Xavia, which is now also available as Amazon eBook.
He is the founder of the seminar for advanced photography named Fotosofia, giving the participants the opportunity to enhance their photo skills, gain professional experience and promote their work.
He is a member of professional artists associations ULUPUH and HZSU.
